Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings across Morris County, NJ. The role emphasizes compassionate care, data collection, and teamwork with BCBAs and clinicians.

You will support clients with communication, social, emotional regulation, and daily living skills, guided by individualized plans and ongoing supervision. Flexible schedules and professional growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Able to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs and travel between client locations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data, and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical team to ensure quality care.
