Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) in East Orange, NJ. You will provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings, helping individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills under BCBA supervision.

Requirements include 1 year of ABA experience, active RBT certification or commitment to obtain it within four months, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork are essential for coordinating with clinicians.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect data, complete session documentation, and report progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, teachers, and team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development.
