Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an enthusiastic registered behavior technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans and track progress under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma minimum; BA/BS in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience with autism or developmental delays preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
