Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a supervisor/BCBA to oversee client programs, conduct assessments, and coach technicians. You will mentor staff, balance direct therapy with supervision, and help ensure high-quality outcomes within a supportive, mentor-rich environment.

The role offers onboarding, study support for BCBA certs, CEUs, and a collaborative culture with leadership that values growth and DEI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Must pass fingerprinting, TB test and pre-employment physical, with immunities to MMR/VZV.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Growth and Progress: Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure client progress under a BCBA.
• Empower and Support: Mentor behavior technicians to learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Adapt and Thrive: Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
