Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in a clinician-led environment. You’ll supervise Behavior Technicians, develop ABA programs, perform FBAs, and educate parents while maintaining flexible, hybrid scheduling. Strong autonomy, collaboration, and commitment to client outcomes are essential.

BCBA certification is required; a commitment to ongoing professional development and best-practice care is expected. We offer extensive onboarding and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity.
