Job summary

Behavior Nation is seeking a Program Manager to supervise field-based ABA services for children with autism and related disabilities. You will oversee clinical programs, supervise Behavior Technicians, and provide caregiver education across home, community, school, and clinic settings.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA-developed plans, and flexibility to work across multiple environments, with leadership and program quality at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with ABA coursework and experience or BCaBA certification.
• Experience implementing behavior modification interventions with clients.
• RBT certification or BCaBA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, HR-compliant communications with clients and families.
• Supervise and train Behavior Interventionists (BIs) to conduct sessions.
• Provide coverage and direct therapy when needed.
• Maintain accurate program documentation within billable hours.
• Lead clinical team and training meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist in development and delivery of ABA services as directed.
