Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a BCBA-level clinician to supervise and evaluate client programs, coach behavior technicians, and maintain progress with families in a flexible, mentorship-driven environment.

You will participate in onboarding, pursue BCBA hours, and access training resources; the org emphasizes evidence-based ABA, ongoing CEUs, and equity-focused care across clinics nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program; required.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours towards certification; preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under BCBA supervision.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV required during onboarding, paid by ALP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs; provide parent education; conduct assessments; ensure continuous client progress under a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians; coordinate client visits; offer coaching and clinical support to enhance service quality.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions; maintain accurate records of billable hours; deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties; adapt to new challenges; manage a dynamic caseload.
• Support staff productivity; assist in performance evaluations; support parents and technicians during urgent situations.
• Meet ALP standards and funding source best practices for client-facing care and parent consultation.
