PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery for assigned clients, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining high clinical standards.

The role requires active licensure or BCaBA, a Bachelor’s degree with 12 ABA units, and at least one year in a supervisory ABA role. State-specific credentials may be required depending on the service location, and bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
