Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, coordinate regional teams, and support staff development. You will ensure continuity of care, maintain high clinical and ethical standards, and align with state licensure and BCaBA certification requirements.

Responsibilities include program implementation, staffing management, and timely documentation. The role emphasizes leadership, quality service delivery, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic PBS environment.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure and/or BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree, 12 semester units in ABA, and 1 year supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.

12 semester units in applied behavior analysis
