Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, coordinate teams, and maintain high clinical and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and ensuring continuity of care across regions.

Applicants should hold state licensure or BCaBA or higher, a BA/BS, and experience supervising ABA services. Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA or higher certification.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and supervisory ABA experience.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
