Job summary

PBS Corp. in California is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee high-quality ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team development.

The role requires strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating program implementation across regional teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, scheduling, and mentoring supervisees.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements and/or maintain certification as a BCaBA or higher.
• Bachelor's degree, twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis, and one year of experience in a supervisory ABA role.
• Additional state credentials may be required depending on service location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
