• Bachelor's degree with 12 ABA units and one year supervisory ABA experience.
• State-specific credentials may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and ABA service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and company policies.
• Manage scheduling, time off, staffing needs.
• Ensure completion of E Sign, post-hire docs, and compliance forms.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
