Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Dearborn, MI is seeking an ABA Manager to lead the ABA program at our Dearborn clinic. You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services for individuals with autism.

Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and help expand the program, develop skill acquisition plans, and reinforce best practices in ABA, supervision, and staff development within a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in behavioral programs.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress tracking.
• Strong ABA clinical skills and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the clinical direction of the ABA program, ensuring high-quality, individualized services.
• Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, fostering professional growth and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support a multidisciplinary approach.
• Train and onboard new BCBAs while providing ongoing supervision and professional development.
• Monitor and optimize ABA program efficiency, ensuring appropriate services and balanced staff caseloads.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to support continuous staff improvement and retention.
• Educate staff and parents on individualized treatment plans before service initiation.
