Job summary

Ro Health is seeking qualified Paraeducators to support students with behavioral needs in the Corona-Norco Unified School District for the 2026-27 school year. This role emphasizes ABA-based behavioral support for students from pre-K to high school, with 1:1 or classroom-wide placement.

Responsibilities include ensuring students stay on task, collaborating with teachers, and flexible daily routines across classrooms. Prior school experience and a passion for learning are valued.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate’s degree.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in the learning process.
• Inclination to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support either in a 1:1 or general capacity.
• Calm, clear, and concise communication with both children and adults.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds).
