Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring for BCA and paraeducator roles to support students with behavioral needs in Davis area schools. Positions include 1:1 and general classroom supports, with emphasis on ABA-based strategies and consistent behavior goals. Start date ASAP for per diem, part-time schedules.

Ideal candidates have experience in childcare or ABA, and an associate’s degree is preferred. You will collaborate with teachers and clinical staff to facilitate a positive learning environment for K–12

Qualifications

• Requires instructionally eligible to work in a school setting.
• Experience in professional childcare and/or ABA is preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills are valued.
• Passion for supporting students in learning is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team environment is important.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral and educational support with a student.
• Provide general classroom support as needed across multiple students/classes.
• Maintain calm, clear, and concise communication with children and adults.
