Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring Behavioral Classroom Aides to support students with behavioral needs in Corona-Norco Unified School District, CA. The role involves ABA-based behavioral support for students from elementary through high school, in 1:1 or general classroom settings.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–3pm, with compensation starting at $23/hour and benefits including 401K matching, PTO, weekly pay, and healthcare options for full-time providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Passion for supporting students in learning.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral and educational support in 1:1 or general classroom settings.
• Maintain calm, clear communication with students and staff.
• Assist students to stay on task and work toward behavioral goals.
• Assist with toileting and daily routines as needed.
• Support classroom activities and transitions throughout the day.
