Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is hiring a paraeducator to support students with special needs in the Corona-Norco Unified School District for the 2026-2027 school year. In-person role in Corona, CA. Per Diem/subbing and full-time options available, with a $19–$21 per hour rate.

Benefits include PTO, healthcare, 401K, and weekly pay. The paraeducator will provide 1:1 or general classroom support, maintain calm communication with students and staff, and assist with tasks such as mobility or toileting if needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or high school diploma or equivalent college credits.
• Strong assessment skills.
• Willingness to assist in students' learning processes.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: experience in schools and with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or general classroom support.
• Maintain calm, clear communication with children and adults.
• Assist with mobility and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Assist with toileting as needed.
