Job summary

Ro Health, LLC is seeking a Paraeducator to support classrooms and provide 1:1 assistance in a California school district. The role runs on an on-call, M-F schedule during school hours, starting ASAP, serving preschool through grade 12 under supervision of teachers.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding and hygiene, implementing educational and behavioral programs, tracking student progress, and helping with classroom tasks and field trips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of college coursework completed.
• Experience with educational/behavioral programming.

Responsibilities

• Supports feeding, hygiene, and physical needs of students.
• Implements educational and behavioral programming under supervision.
• Collects, monitors and communicates student progress.
• Aids students in and out of the classroom and during activities.
• Supervises students in all school settings; may be required for before/after school activities.
• Adapts accommodations for activities under teacher direction.
