Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

• Experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or related disorders.
• Enrolled in BACB coursework and preparing for BCBA exam.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Oversees Behavior Technicians and conducts supervision for caseloads.
• Trains technicians, families and school staff on behavior change plans and skill goals.
• Monitors progress and effectiveness of behavioral programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other disorders as outlined in plans.

The Assistant Behavior Analyst or Midlevel Supervisor is a trained individual who provides clinical support and case management to behavior technicians and clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Oversees the work of Behavior Technicians as assigned by Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) or Operations Leader
• Conducts face‑to‑face case and Behavior Technician supervision for assigned caseload
• Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments
• Trains Behavior Technicians in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans including behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition goals
• Assists Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in updating behavior change plans including current progress on behavior goals and skill acquisition goals
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
• May conduct skill enhancement training for Behavior Technicians
• Provides behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan
• Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
