Job summary

GOALS for Autism, Inc in King City is seeking a Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor to oversee ABA program implementation for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include developing individualized programs, supervising technicians, guiding caregivers, collecting data, and ensuring treatment plans meet medical necessity while maintaining ongoing progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and Master's degree required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA or BCBA program preferred (required within 120 days of hire).
• Two years of related ABA experience with children diagnosed with ASD in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing individualized programs for clients aged 14 months and older in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents in naturalistic settings.
• Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans by Behavior Technician.
• Under BCBA direction, assist in assessments, data collection, caregiver visits, and education.
• Ensure client plans meet medical necessity and maintain data on all goals.
• Participate in group supervision during fieldwork and complete required assignments.
