GOALS for Autism, Inc in Las Vegas is seeking a Mid-Level Clinical Supervisor to support ABA programs for clients ages 14 months and older under BCBA supervision. You will train behavior technicians and parents, monitor treatment plans, and ensure accurate data collection in natural settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Enrollment in BCaBA or BCBA program required.
• Two years of related professional experience applying ABA methodologies with ASD.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing individualized programs for clients in natural settings.
• Provide program training and feedback to behavior technicians and parents.
• Supervise implementation and integrity of client treatment plans.
• Assist in assessments and data collection under BCBA direction.
• Ensure treatment plans meet medical necessity and maintain data collection.
• Participate in group supervision and complete required assignments.
• Demonstrate leadership in company activities and trainings.
