Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC will oversee clinical treatment for patients across the CARD center, home, school, or telehealth. You will assess skills, develop treatment plans, supervise clinicians, and coach caregivers to support progress.

Requires a Master’s in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, and ASD experience. Roles are salaried with onsite/remote options and relocation assistance up to $10,000 for Fort Collins.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field is required.
• Certification as a BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst is required.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote optimal outcomes by applying clinical judgment.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure supervision hours are 100% compliant monthly.
• Collaborate with caregivers and training staff.
• Coordinate care with other professionals.
• Maintain documentation in patient records and HIPAA compliant.

Education

Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder
