Job summary

The Clinical Supervisor at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This role develops treatment plans, analyzes patient progress, and coaches caregivers and technicians across multiple settings.

Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to supervision hours, coordinating with payors and other professionals, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Willing and able to work in a variety of locations (center, patient home, etc.)
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans and ensure 100% adherence of supervision hours each month.
• Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors.
• Observe treatment implementation and provide coaching and training to behavioral technicians.
• Coordinate care with other professionals and communicate treatment responses to caregivers and payers.
• Maintain documentation in patient medical records and HIPAA compliance at all times
