Job summary
The Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor II to oversee clinical treatment for multiple patients across center, home and telehealth settings. You will develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and coach caregivers while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality care.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA, BACB certification, ASD experience, and reliable transportation; travel to various sites may be required to support families
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology or ABA or related field required.
- BACB certification required.
- Experience with individuals with ASD is required.
- Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Promote optimal outcomes with clinical judgment and treatment plans.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans and ensure adherence.
- Coordinate care across centers, homes, schools and telehealth.
- Supervise and coach behavioral technicians and caregivers.
- Summarize data and adjust treatment based on progress.
- Maintain HIPAA compliant documentation.
