Job summary

Odyssey Autism is seeking a Clinical Director in Phoenix, AZ to lead clinical operations, supervise BCBAs and CCMs, and maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based ABA services. The role includes ensuring clinical quality, supervising clinicians, and maintaining a small clinical caseload with a minimum of 10 billable hours weekly.

The position reports to the Vice President of Clinical Operations and collaborates with the Operations Manager on staffing, scheduling, and service continuity

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership and oversight of ABA services.
• Staff supervision of BCBAs and CCMs; coaching BTs/RBTs.
• Strong focus on documentation quality and compliance.
• Experience with quality assurance and treatment fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for all ABA services within the assigned clinic.
• Directly supervise, mentor, and evaluate BCBAs and Clinical Case Managers; coach BTs/RBTs.
