Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Clinical Director to lead our clinical operations, mentor clinicians, and ensure high-quality services. You will supervise BCBAs and senior staff, direct performance evaluations, and coordinate recruitment to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes ABA supervision, training delivery, policy implementation, and collaboration with executives to drive clinic growth while maintaining ethical standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA credential required with supervision hours.
• Bachelor's degree in human services with 2,000 hours of training or supervised experience.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences with psychotherapy eligibility may meet requirements when combined with supervised hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical staff including Lead BCBAs, BCBAs and Senior Therapists.
• Oversee staff development, performance evaluations and coaching.
• Manage staffing levels and recruitment activities for the clinic.
• Oversee clinical training and continuing education planning.
• Lead clinic meetings and coordinate policy implementation across teams.
• Monitor staff satisfaction, turnover, and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee intake processes and liaise between clinicians and administrative staff.
• Ensure policies adhere to BACB, state, HIPAA and ethical guidelines.
