Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services in Phoenix to lead ABA services with a focus on clinical excellence and staff development. You will mentor Supervising Clinicians and BCBA staff, oversee treatment fidelity, and drive outcomes with data-driven supervision.

The role emphasizes assent-based, evidence-informed ABA practices and collaboration with leadership to grow the clinical program and support families across the region.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism in a clinical setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, or a strong track record mentoring practicum students.
• Crisis management experience valued in high-stress moments.
• Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams (BCBAs and Behavior Technicians) and oversee client care to ensure high-quality ABA therapy.
• Review treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure individualized, evidence-based care for every child.
• Mentor and coach Supervising Clinicians through regular case reviews and ongoing support.
• Deliver targeted training and workshops to enhance clinical performance and best practices.
• Collaborate with Area Directors and Operations Leaders to align staffing, caseloads, and service quality across the region.
