Job summary

Phoenix Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking a Clinical Director to lead and elevate clinical services and ensure high-quality care for the individuals and communities served. This role provides supervision to BCBAs, RBTs, and other staff, while collaborating with families to promote meaningful progress in a compliant, data-driven program.

The Clinical Director will oversee treatment planning, policy development, and quality assurance, ensuring ethical practices and payer alignment across all ABA

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Appropriate state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and/or RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall clinical leadership for ABA services at Phoenix Behavioral Services.
• Establish and maintain high standards for quality clinical care.
• Provide guidance and support to BCBAs and other clinical team members.
• Ensure treatment is individualized according to each client's needs, strengths, goals, and circumstances.
• Review clinical practices and provide feedback to promote ethical treatment.
• Assist with the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and standards.
• Promote collaboration among clinical staff, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
• Provide or oversee supervision of BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
• Support staff in developing effective clinical skills and professional judgment.
• Identify opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
