Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality services in clinic and home-based settings.
• Coach and assess clinical staff performance (BCBAs, RBTs).
• Monitor clinical progress and ensure treatment plans are sound.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical concerns from parents and staff.
• Collaborate with HR to attract and retain clinical candidates.
• Oversee training protocols for RBT trainers.
• Maintain a modest caseload of ~10 billable hours/week.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
