Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an Office Manager in Wichita, KS to coordinate admissions and intake, manage scheduling with the back-office and BT teams, and lead a team of Behavior Technicians. You will train staff, support recruitment, and handle daily clinic operations while stepping into direct care when needed to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role requires budget oversight, policy adherence, and a commitment to maintaining clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to orchestrate complex schedules and adapt quickly to keep sessions on track.
• Experience leading, training, or coordinating a team.
• Willingness to provide direct care when needed and pursue RBT certification.
• Pride in maintaining facility standards to reflect the quality of care.
• Strong budgeting, compliance, and operational follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new client intake with back-office and scheduling teams.
• Support client and BT scheduling with Clinic Director.
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day oversight for BTs.
• Step into 1:1 care when needed to maintain quality.
• Ensure adherence to Aluma Care policies and quality standards.
• Maintain clinic appearance and handle facilities needs.
• Oversee the clinic budget and drive efficiency.
• Obtain or pursue RBT certification as part of leadership.
• Collaborate with Clinic Director and report to the COO.
