Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an Office Manager for our Wichita, KS clinic. You will lead the team, coach Behavior Technicians, manage admissions, and ensure smooth daily operations with precision and heart.

You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and compliance while supporting clinical care and onboarding. This on-site role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and a strong provider culture across the clinic.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, training, or coordinating a team.
• Ability to orchestrate complex schedules and adapt to keep sessions on track.
• Comfort stepping into direct care when needed and pursuing RBT certification if not held.
• Pride in facility standards and maintaining budget/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Admissions & Intake coordination with back-office and scheduling teams.
• Scheduling & utilization support with Clinic Director.
• Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day oversight for BTs; assist with recruitment/onboarding.
• Clinical coverage in 1:1 sessions as needed to maintain care quality.
• Drive adherence to policies and ensure excellent client and team experience.
• Own clinic facilities and operations, reflecting standard of care.
• Oversee budget and operational efficiency.
• Report to the COO and collaborate with Clinic Director.
