Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC in Wichita, KS is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily clinical operations and direct service delivery. You will supervise BCBAs and BTs/RBTs and maintain your own BCBA caseload while ensuring a positive therapeutic environment.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, current BCBA, and Kansas LBA license, plus at least 2 years of supervisory BCBA experience. On-site hours are 8 am–5 pm with CPR/FA and SafetyCare certifications maintained.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
• Current LBA license in Kansas required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory BCBA experience preferred.
• On-site availability 8 am–5 pm (hours may vary by site).
• Maintain CPR/FA certification.
• Maintain SafetyCare certification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training, supervision, feedback, and support for all clinic BCBAs and BTs/RBTs
• Lead clinical review meetings and guide data-based decisions for client programming
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on service provision, hours used, client progress and support needs
• Maintain a schedule of ~20 billable hours per week including supervision, programming, family training, and coordination of care
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to support scheduling, clinic property, and operations
• Attend regular progress report meetings with the Clinical Director
