Job summary

MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Detroit is seeking an ABA Manager to lead the ABA program at a neighborhood clinic. You will mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs, ensuring high-quality, individualized services for children with autism in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.

Join a team focused on early intervention, intensive therapy, and play-based techniques. You’ll oversee clinical direction, train staff, manage caseloads, and collaborate with other therapists to enhance outcomes while expanding

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a field related to behavior analysis and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading behavioral programs and supervising staff.
• Experience with behavioral assessments, support plans, and progress monitoring tools.
• Strong clinical ABA skills and change-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the clinical direction of the ABA program.
• Mentor a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and BTs; foster growth and excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapists to support holistic care.
• Train new staff, provide supervision, and drive performance reviews.
• Monitor program efficiency and manage staff caseloads.
• Educate staff and parents on treatment plans prior to service initiation.
• Expand clinic capacity while maintaining high-quality plans.
