Job summary

ABA Solutions is seeking a BCBA-led Assistant Director to supervise clinical staff, oversee case progress, and support administrative operations across Central and West Florida. You will work with a collaborative leadership team to deliver high-quality ABA services and mentor RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students.

The role emphasizes supervision, data-driven program adjustments, and ensuring adherence to BACB guidelines while supporting staff development and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing and supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and practicum students.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead supervisor for staff and clients in Hillsborough County.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, BCaBAs, and practicum students.
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and policies.
• Conduct data review and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate staff recruitment, onboarding, and training.
