Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the overall operations of an ABA facility, cultivating a supportive environment for the team and families, with ownership of financials, safety and compliance.

You will manage KPIs, budgets, community engagement, and team development across multiple sites, with growth pathways from OM to Regional Director and a focus on delivering clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
• High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families.
• Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance.
• Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families and guide them through onboarding.
• Team Leadership: Attract, engage & retain 25-50 teammates delivering clinical excellence.
• Performance management: Conduct evaluations, corrective actions and development plans.
• Events & Clinical outcomes: Plan monthly/quarterly events and support operations quality.
