Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision. The role involves executing individualized treatment plans with children and supporting them in center-based settings.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, 6 months to 1 year experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physically capable of long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and engaging with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with implementing treatment plans during center-based sessions.
