Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision. You will work one-on-one with children according to each treatment plan.

We offer great compensation at $20/hr, medical/dental/vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401k plan, 8 paid holidays plus 16 PTO days, weekly pay, and a chance to grow with a well-established agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical capability for long periods of standing, bending, and interactive work with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans.
