Zusammenfassung

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in center-based settings. You will work one-on-one with children and implement individualized treatment plans.

Requirements include a HS Diploma/GED and 6–12 months of experience with children (ABA preferred). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid holidays and PTO, weekly pay, and an 8-hour RBT course provided.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to stand, sit, lift and engage with children as needed.
• Essential function includes physical activity and variable positions.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision with one-on-one attention to children.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as prescribed by BCBA.
• Support the BCBA in data collection and progress monitoring.
