Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA. The role involves one-on-one interaction with children, following individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate progress notes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able to meet job demands (standing, lifting, floor activities).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized plans.
• Engage children during sessions and document progress.
