Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Stratford, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision.

Under a BCBA, BTs implement individualized treatment plans and help children develop behavioral and communication skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• May include physical requirements such as standing, lifting, bending, and positioning children.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, BTs work one-on-one with children implementing individualized treatment plans.
