Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians to work with children, adolescents, and adults with autism and developmental disabilities, delivering ABA services under BCBA supervision.

The role includes paid 6-day training, instruction on data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical supervisors to improve client independence and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and receive coaching.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors.
• Help individuals increase independence and improve quality of life.
