Job summary

InBloom Autism Services is hiring both new and experienced Behavior Therapists to join a diverse team providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism across centers, homes, and schools. New BT hires can receive on-the-job training and support to obtain RBT certification within 30 days, with ongoing collaboration from licensed clinicians and BCBAs to ensure high-quality care and client progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet BACB eligibility to obtain RBT certification.
• Ability to pass the RBT certification exam within the training period.
• Must obtain and maintain RBT certification through the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Care: provide one-on-one therapy in centers, homes, or schools.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans as designed by BCBAs.
• Data Collection: accurately record client behaviors during sessions.
• Progress Monitoring: track client progress with supervising BCBAs.
• Behavior Reduction Techniques: apply approved strategies per plan.
• Skill Acquisition: help clients develop functional and communication skills.
• Parent/Caregiver Training: train families on intervention strategies.
• Documentation: complete progress reports and session notes.
• Communication: coordinate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
