Job summary

Cardinal Pediatric Therapies provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic children and children with developmental delays, with structured training to help candidates obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire.

You will work one-on-one with children in clinic, home, school, or community settings, using play and routines to build communication, behavior, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• Use engaging, age-appropriate activities to support skill development
• Encourage positive behaviors through reinforcement and consistency
• Collect session data and complete simple documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with your care team
• Participate in required training, supervision, and feedback
