Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to work directly with young children and support skill development through play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

The role is full-time and center-based in Worcester, MA, with paid onboarding, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for RBT certification, tuition reimbursement, and career advancement along clear pathways.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play and activities to engage children and support skill development
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment
