Realizing Children's Strengths is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Natick, MA center. The full-time role supports individuals with autism, developing skill acquisition programs and function-based behavior plans.

Expect collaboration with staff, teachers, and families in a structured day program. Candidates should hold BCBA certification and LABA licensure, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least one year of BCBA experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BCBA experience preferred
• BCBA certification and LABA licensure are required
• Master degree preferred for candidate

Responsibilities

• Develop skill acquisition programs for individuals with autism
• Create function-based behavior support plans
• Complete skills assessments and functional behavior assessments
• Provide proficient staff, teacher and parent trainings
