Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children aged 2-12 at our Needham Heights center. You will deliver life-changing therapy, follow individualized plans, and track progress with your BCBA's guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow behavior support plans and gather progress data.
• Willingness to engage families and caregivers in therapy progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and acquire knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines.
• Work towards becoming an RBT, if not already.
• Foster a positive working environment.
