Job summary

Boston Behavior Learning Centers (BBLC) in Canton, MA seeks full-time Center Based Behavior Technicians to provide early intervention services for children up to 6 years with Autism Spectrum Disorders using ABA. Ideal candidate offers daytime availability and will work with supervision to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, family communication, and collaboration with BCBA and RBTs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or Education.
• At least 6 months of experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Daytime availability and ability to work full-time in Canton, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention services under supervision.
• Implement treatment and behavior plans designed by BCBA.
• Support clients in life skills and social/ADL improvements.
• Collect data using tablets/computers for analysis.
• Collaborate with RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members.
