Job summary

RCS Learning Center in Natick, MA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The role focuses on implementing ABA programs, data collection, and collaboration with therapists and families to support students aged 3–22 with Autism and related developmental disabilities.

The position is full-time at our Natick Learning Center with opportunities for continued training. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PSLF eligibility, and potential to pursue RBT certification after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; high school diploma or associate's considered.
• Interest in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or related field.

RCS is looking for Behavior Technicians to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 3 – 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

The hours are Monday – Friday within our Learning Center in Natick, MA. We currently are looking for staff who have experience or a desire to work with our older students on vocational assignments.
