Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based ABA environment. You will deliver therapy under BCBA supervision, build skills through play, and track progress with our ABA technology.

Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM. We offer paid RBT training, a clear career path to BCBA, 401(k) matching, referral bonus, PTO and full health benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Reliability in showing up for scheduled hours and completing administrative tasks.
• Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services; experience with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have autism in a center-based environment.
• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under supervision of a BCBA, guided by treatment plans.
• Build skills through play and supportive presence to help children try new tasks.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Prepare for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days.
