Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Boise, ID seeks a Behavior Technician to join our center-based ABA team. You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years, delivering ABA under BCBA supervision, building skills through play, and tracking progress with ABA technology. Training to become an RBT is provided within 45 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Full-time availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy 1:1 under BCBA supervision with individualized plans.
• Build skills through play and establish a safe, engaging environment.
• Track progress and document sessions using ABA technology.
• Prepare for and pursue RBT certification within 45 days.
